This spacious 40 sq.mt. studio apartment opens up directly onto an entrance with a closet. The entrance leads to the living area with a double sofa bed, a desk next to it and a TV corner in front of the sofa. The living area also offers a dining area with a dining table for 6 persons and a kitchen corner complete with all the necessities.
The sleeping area is fitted with a double bed. Right beside the sleeping area one can access a terrace from the living room and a bathroom with an ante-room. The bathroom is fitted with a stall shower.

The building is located in a central area of Catania, close to the Ursino Castle which houses the Civico Museum. The very heart of the city is in a walking distance, with its baroque buildings and monuments that represent a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
